Add support for built-in user authentication

Current Situation

• The JS7 initial releases ship with Apache Shiro that is considered deprecated with JOC-1145

Feature

• The JS7 manages users in its database with a limited set of features:
  • add/update/delete user
  • set password and store hashed password
  • assign role
• The JS7 authenticates users by use of its database.
