Current Situation

The JS7 initial releases ship with Apache Shiro that is considered deprecated with ~~JOC-1145~~

Feature

JS7 directly connects to LDAP Directory Servers to
- perform authentication
- perform authorization by a mapping of security group memberships to roles managed with the JS7
