The JOC Cockpit uses reverse timezone parsing when timezone is set in the form of ETC/GMT mode

Current Situation

• When a timezone is set in the form of ETC/GMT then it uses reverse timezone parsing i.e. if the user needs to specify the PDT timezone which is GMT+7 then it is required to select ETC/GMT-7 in the JOC Cockpit profile to set the timezone correctly.

Desired Behavior

• The JOC Cockpit should not use reverse timezone parsing when timezone is set in the form of ETC/GMT mode.
