Custom events should be considered by the event handler for a given event_class

Current Situation

When adding a custom event in JOC Cockpit with an event_class X then the event processor does not consider event handler files stored in the config/events directory with the name {{name.X.event_class.actions.xml}}

Desired Behavior

When adding a custom event in JOC Cockpit then the event processor should be started by an order that contains the event_class and therefore event handlers for the event_class such as name.myEventClass.event_class.actions.xml should be executed
