Job Stream expressions ending with . should not raise an ArrayOutOfBounds Exception

Current Situation

When adding an In-Condition to a job stream with the In-Condition expression ending with a dot as in myEvent. then the job stream is no longer visible in JOC Cockpit. An ArrayOutOfBounds exception is raised.

Desired Behavior

In-Conditions that contain expressions that end with a dot should not raise an exception if the job stream is displayed with JOC Cockpit.
