The Inventory tab should not auto-refresh while editing configuration

Current Behavior

When editing objects from the Configuration view, the window will automatically refresh and move to the bottom of the inventory tab and the user has to scroll to the selected object to edit the configuration.

How to Reproduce

• Login to the JOC Cockpit
• Switch to the Configuration view
• Expand the configuration to review get the scroller in the inventory tab.
• Edit any job configuration.
• The Inventory tab automatically will refresh and move to the bottom.

Desired Behavior

The Inventory tab should not auto-refresh while editing a configuration.
