Current Situation

With the "Start Task now for Instance" it is possible to start a job in the context of the current instance of a job stream. This does not work for the jobs that have no in condition e.g. for those that are assigned to the starter

Desired Behavior

The function "Start Task now for Instance" should work for jobs that have no in-condition.
