The Starter name in the History tab is invisible when the Starter is paused

Current Situation

• The Starter name is invisible in the History Tab when the Starter is paused.

How To Reproduce

• Add a run-time to a Starter, e.g. to run every 5 minutes.
• Once the Starter is about to get executed in 10 seconds then pause the Starter.
• You will find that the Job Stream will still be started but that the Starter name is invisible in the History Tab.

Desired Behavior

• The Starter name should be visible if the Starter is in paused mode.
