The "set run-time" option from the Job Chain detail view should not throw a page error

Current Situation

• While using the set RunTime option from the Job Chain detail view the page error is thrown.

How to Reproduce

• Create a Job Chain with the permanent order.
• Switch to the Job Chain Detail view.
• In the details view Choose the operation "set Run-time" for the order.
• The page error will occur.

Desired Behavior

• The "set run-time" option from the Job Chain detail view should not throw a page error
