JOC Cockpit should pre-select the most recently executed job stream instance from the job stream history selector

Current Situation

When opening the Job Streams view JOC Cockpit pre-selects the job stream instance with the highest ID. Normally this is the most recently started instance. It may happen that the record with the highest ID is not the most recently started instance. In this case not the first entry in the list will be selected, but a later entry - which is confusing.

Desired Behavior

When opening the Job Streams view JOC Cockpit should pre-select the most recently started job stream instance.
