Reset functionality for jobs in a job stream should be available only when an instance is selected

Current Situation

When creating a new job stream the list of instances is empty. When now executing the "Reset" function in the context menu of a job, the error message "JocMissingRequiredParameterException: undefined session" appears

Desired Behavior

When no job stream instance is selected, the "reset job" function should not be available for jobs.
