Add/Remove event feature for Job Streams

Current Situation

In the Job Streams view it is possible to add/delete events directly from the graphical view. To achieve this, it is necessary to expand the job stream in full detail mode. Then navigate to the event and use the function to add/delete an event.

Desired Behavior

1. Edit events from the In Condition context menu

When clicking a job in the Job Streams view the In Condition for this job is displayed. In the In Condition all existing events are highlighted. In the menu for the In Condition there should be an option "edit events". This will display a list of events. The list contains two tabs: one tab for missing events and one tab for existing events (in this order). In each tab the events are sorted by name. Each entry has a checkbox that is checked when the event is present and is unchecked if the event is not available. The user can change the selection in both tabs. With the submit button, the window will be closed and the action will be executed (adding and/or removing some events).

2. Edit events from the events tab.

In the events tab all present event are displayed. There should be a button "edit events" that opens the same window as in 1, however, all missing and present events will be displayed.
