Search for running job streams and completed job streams should work

Current Situation

When filtering the list of job streams in the Advanced Search in the job stream history view with running job streams, then no job stream instances are listed.

Desired Behavior

It should be possible to filter the list of job stream instances to display only running instances, only completed instances or all instances.
