The Add or Delete event from the Reference tab in the Job Streams right navigation view does not refresh

Current Situation

• The Add Event and Delete Event when used from the action menu in the Reference tab in the Right Navigation of the Job Stream then the tab is not refreshed.

Desired Behavior

• The Add Event and Delete Event when used from the Reference tab the view should refresh.
