Task History in Job Streams view should be sorted by task id

Current Situation

The list of tasks in the task history of the job stream view is sorted by the start time. If more than one job starts at the same second then the sorting order is undefined.

Desired Behavior

The list of tasks in the task history of the job stream view should be sorted by the task id descending.
