Daily Plan should show the assigned frequency in starter run-time

Current Behavior
When a run-time in the Job Stream starter is assigned a frequency then the Daily Plan does not show the entries for the planned start-times.

How to Reproduce

• Log in to the JOC Cockpit.
• Create a Job Stream.
• Assign the run-time of the starter a frequency..
• Check the Daily Plan view.

Desired Behavior
Any run-times assigned a Job Stream Starter should be visible with the Daily Plan
