It should be possible to start a job stream parameterized

Current Situation

A job stream starter can have parameters. These parameters are available for each job start. When starting a job stream start manually from the gui these parameters will be used. It is not possible to start a job stream starter parameterized that means with changing the parameters for this start.

Desired Behavior

There should be a new option in the job stream starter menu to start a job stream starter parameterized. A new window should show all parameters that are configured with this job stream starter. The values can be changed. New parameters can be added to the list.

All jobs that will be started with this instance will have these parameters. There can be several instances in parallel with different parameter sets.
