Job Chains view should consider the Next_State for the file order source

Current Situation

• The Job Chain configuration when including more than one file order source with a next state then graphical view always shows the connection to the first node of the job chain.

How to Reproduce

• Unzip the configuration JOC-1035.zip in the live directory.
• Switch to the Job Chains -> Steps/Nodes in the Configuration tab. Both the file order sources show the connection according to the next state. Refer to the screenshot JOC-1035-Configurationtab.png
• Switch to the Job Chains detailed view in the Job Chains tab. Both the file order sources show the connection to the first node only. Refer to the screenshot JOC-1035-JobChainsView.png

Desired Behavior

• The Job Chains graphical view should show the connection according to the next state added in the file order source.
