FileBasedActivated event causes JOC Cockpit to refresh automatically when applying a calendar and restriction to a job

Current Situation

• The JOC Cockpit refreshes automatically every 5 seconds due to the "FileBasedActivated" event occurrence continuously after applying the calendar with a restriction on a job.

How To Reproduce

• Login to JOC Cockpit
• Switch to the Jobs view
• Look for a standalone job
• Assign a working days calendar to the Job
• Add a restriction
• Now the JOC Cockpit will start auto-refreshing every 5 seconds.

Desired Behavior

• The JOC Cockpit should not get refreshed automatically after applying the Calendar to a Job.
