In a Job Stream multiple Starters not consider "Required job"

Current Situation:
When using Multiple Starters in a Job Stream and assigned Required job on both the Starter. The Job Stream should not consider the Required Job assigned other than the initial Starter(first Starter).
 
How to Reproduce:

• Create a Job Stream with two or more Starters (i.e. Starter1 and Starter2)
• Add the Required job on Starters.
• Start the Job Streams and view the Task History of both the Starters.
• The Required job is display only for Starter1.

Desired Behavior:
The Job Stream should consider "Required jobs" on using multiple Starters in a Job Stream
