It should be possible to modify the file sinks for job chains for file watching

Current Situation

• The file sink nodes of a job chain that is configured for file watching cannot be modified.
• The JOC Cockpit GUI does not allow to put the cursor into the input field for a directory to which the file sink will move an incoming file after processing. Instead, users have remove the file sink and to re-create it.

Desired Behavior

• JOC Cockpit should allow to edit and to modify the directory specified with a file order sink when moving files.
