Include files for parameters should be supported

Current Situation

• When adding parameters (for orders, jobs, job chains, job nodes) then in addition to specifying individual pairs of names and values the parameters can be accepted from a file.
• The file with parameters can be added with the tab "Include" of the parameter popup window.
• When a user adds one or more files with parameters then JOC Cockpit does not store this information, i.e. it is not included with the XML document e.g. of a job or order.
• When re-opening the parameter popup-window then no included files are visible.

Desired Behavior

• The specification of files that are added from the "Include" tab for parameters should be stored with the XML document.
• When re-opening the XML document the respective file specifications should be visible.
