Changes are not stored when clicking the deploy object button

Current Situation

With the release 1.13.6 a new option "Deploy Object" has been introduced.
This option deploy the actual open object.

When changing any configuration item this is not deployed when no other field gets the focus before clicking the deploy object button. When this is the first change the button is disbled. To deploy the change it is neccessary to click into another field e.g. the title.

Desired Behavior

When changing anything in the inventory view, the deploy object button should be enabled and should consider the changes without the need to click another field.
