Order parameters should be configurable from the job chain steps view

Current Situation

When opening an order from the job chain steps graphical view it is not possible to configure the orders parameters.
The node parameters for orders and the job chain global parameters can be configured.

Desired Behavior

It should be possible to configure order parameters from the job chain step view of the configuration inventory view. To avoid confusion with the node parameters the button for the order node parameters should be beside the combo box with the states and should have the caption "Node Parameters".

Workaround

Use the edit parameter view in the edit order panel.
