The sorting order for job streams in one folder should be stable and alphanumeric

Current Situation

Job streams are listet in the job stream view in the job streams tab.
When having more then one job streams in one folder the sorting order changes e.g. after editing one job stream and is undefined.

Desired Behavior

The list of job streams for a folder that are listed in the list of job streams tab should be sorted by name alphanumeric. The sorting order should not change after editing a job stream.
