Daily plan should be updated correctly when editing job stream starters

Current Situation

When editing job stream starter run-times, the modified time is reflected with the daily plan. But

• only for the current day,
• the previously planned start time is still visible,
• deleting a job stream does not delete planned start times.

When starting the daily plan calculation, the start times are reflected correctly.

Desired Behavior

When editing the run-time or deleting a job stream this should be reflected correctly in the daily plan. The previously planned start time should no longer be visible. When deleting a job stream, the planned start times for this job stream should also be deleted.
