com.sos.jitl.sync.JobSchedulerSynchronizeJobChainsJSAdapterClass should show the number of orders the node is waiting for

If the node is not released it should be shown, how many orders are required for this node and how many orders are waiting.
If the node is released (required = waiting), it should be shown the first node which is using the actual sync job and is not released. If there is more than one not release sync node, this should be identified by "...".

For example:
required: 3, waiting: 3 --> released. waiting for job_chain2/sync ...
