RESTClientJob for access to 3rd-party REST APIs

Current Situation

• Users who wish to access the 3rd-party REST APIs use scripting languages wrapped in shell jobs.
• This includes languages such as Python, PowerShell etc.

Desired Feature

• A JITL Job Template is made available to access 3rd-party REST APIs from jobs running on any supported platform.
• Support for authentication form Job Resource settings
• The JOC Cockpit GUI offers a REST Editor to create REST requests.
  • Built-in option to send requests from the GUI and to check related responses.
