JS1 and JS7 KeePass CredentialStore Interface - update KeePassJava2 library to version 2.2.1

Current Situation

• The JS1 and JS7 KeePass CredentialStore Interface uses the underlying KeePassJava2 library.
• After a period of 5 years, the KeePassJava2 project is back in development and a new version 2.2.1 has been released.

Desired Behaviour

• The JS1 and JS7 KeePass CredentialStore Interface should be customized to use the updated version of KeePassJava2.

• Use Test Instructions described with JITL-714.
