OrderStateTransitionJob should allow to confirm prompting orders

Current Situation

The OrderStateTransitionJob Job allows to configure that the source state is "prompting" and the target state is "inprogress". The OrderStateTransitionJob then tries to resume the order. This is not possible. The correct transition is "confirm" .

Desired Behavior

When in the OrderStateTransitionJob Job is the configured source state "prompting" and the target state is "inprogress" the OrderStateTransitionJob should confirm the order.
