com.sos.jitl.jobs.mail.MailJob should ignore empty values for mail.smtp.user and mail.smtp.password

Current Situation

• Empty values for mail.smtp.user and mail.smtp.password settings are considered as correct values by the com.sos.jitl.jobs.mail.MailJob job.
• Empty values are therefore forwarded to the Java Mail Client and can result in wrong authentication data.

Desired Behavior

• Empty values for mail.smtp.user and mail.smtp.password should not be considered by the com.sos.jitl.jobs.mail.MailJob job.
