JITL Jobs - support for comma and semicolon as list value separators

Current Situation

• Some JITL Job arguments can be configured to use a list of values.
  • If more than one value is used then values have to be separated by a semicolon.

Desired Behaviour

• Both separators (comma and semicolon) should be allowed.

Test Instructions

• Configure a com.sos.jitl.jobs.mail.MailJob job
• Configure the "attachment" argument to use multiple entries separated by a comma or semicolon
