Each edit window in JOC Cockpit should have a default button

Current Situation

To confirm an edit window in JOC Cockpit it is often neccessary to use the mouse to click the Submit button or the Ok button.

Sometimes the behavior is different when clicking the Submit button or when using the return/enter key.

Desired Behavior

When using the return/enter key this should be like clicking the Submit button. This behavior should be implemented for each edit view in JOC Cockpit.

There should be no different behavior between clicking the Submit button or using the return key. E.g. in the edit period view in the run-time editor when defining a single start with 21:00: it is possible to click the Submit button but it is not possible to use the return key. Only when the single start is defined like 21:00:00 it is possible to use the return key.
