Mail XSLT should support the environment variables defined in Job

Current Situation

• The JobScheduler supports XSLT for mail which sends mail on success, failure of jobs. It is not possible to pass the environment variables defined in the job to this XSLT or add those job environment variables to the subject of mail.

Desired Behavior

• It should be possible to pass environment variables defined in the job to be passed to XSLT for mail like: subject, body etc.
