The file notified.sos...email should be deleted from the mail queue directory

Current situation

When the notification handler is activated with <param name="sos.use_notification" value="true"/> in the file $scheduler_data/config/scheduler.xml and an email is send e.g. because an error occurs in a configuration file, the email is stored in the mail queue directory in a renamed version notified.sos...email

Desired Behavior

No files notified.sos...email should remain in the mail queue folder.
