JITL job configuration monitor should not overwrite task parameter

Current Situation

When creating two sos.scheduler.job.SOSSSHJob2JSAdapter JITL job with different task parameters and configuration monitor the JobChain use 1st job tasks parameter and ignore 2nd job task parameter on executing JobChain.

How to Reproduce

• Unzip the attached configuration in ./live folder.
• Change the tasks parameter according to available ssh user.
• Add order in the JobChain from JOC-Cockpit.
• View the order log.

Desired Behavior

sos.scheduler.job.SOSSSHJob2JSAdapter JITL job should overwrite tasks parameters for the job in a JobChain
