Inventory Plugin throws error in a Passive Cluster with Supervisor

Current Situation
When a JobScheduler Object (Job, Order, etc.) is updated in the cache folder of a passive cluster member configured with a supervisor the Inventory Plugin throws an error, which states that the updated file is not found in the live folder.

Impact
New objects as well as updated objects in a cache folder of a passive cluster are not updated in JOC or not available in JOC respectively.

Desired Behavior
When an JobScheduler object is added or updated in the cache folder of an passive cluster with supervisor the Inventory Plugin should update the database accordingly without errors.
