Daily Plan misses every 4th entry when start time is 00:00

Current Situation

When an order is assigned a run time exactly at 00:00 then every fourth entry is missing.

Desired Behavior

The daily plan should include all planned starts even when the start time is 00:00

Test Instruction to reproduce the problem

• Prepare a test configuration
  • Setup a JobScheduler Instance
• Prepare test data
  • download the above example [^JITL-511].
  • Place this in a "Live" Folder
• Perform the test case
  • Login to JOC Cockpit.
  • Click on Advance Search.
    • Select "From" date 20-10-2018
    • Select "to" date 10-11-2018
    • Select Folder JITL-511
    • Click on search button.
• Verify test results
  • Check Daily plan misses every 4th entry when the start time is 00:00:00
