The JITL SSH job should substitute parameters in script

Current Situation

When using the a script for the ssh job to be executed on the remote machine the script can contain ${param} that should be substituted. Currently no substitution is done.

Desired Behavior

When using the a script for the ssh job to be executed on the remote machine the script can contain ${param} that should be substituted.
