    Description

      Current Situation

The value for "expires" is stored with the timezone JobScheduler is running for.

      Desired Behavior

As the records in the database can be stored from different JobScheduler instances that are running in different timezones it is not possible to calculate the real value for "expires". Therefore the value should contain the time in UTC. JOC should show the time in the local time JOC is running. The expires parameter in the script and the job JobSchedulerSubmitEventJob must contain the time in UTC. When adding an order with JOC Cockpit then the values are specified in the JOC Cockpit users' timezone.
