Introduce new parameter to configure a directory for temporary files

Current Situation
Temporary Files of the SSH Job on the remote system are saved to the working directory of the given SSH Session. This can lead to problems if the SSH user has no write permissions on the remote working directory.

Desired Behavior
A new paramter has to be introduced which enables the user to configure a directory with write permissions for the SSH User.
The new parameter is named temp_dir.
