Description

Current Situation

Job chain
- an error occurs in a job chain step (configured with setback)
  - JobScheduler Monitoring Interface sends an error message
- after setback the step ends successfully
  - JobScheduler Monitoring Interface sends a recovery message
- an error occurs in the next job chain step
  - JobScheduler Monitoring Interface no more sends any messages

Desired Behaviour
JobScheduler Monitoring Interface should handle all job chain steps
