InventoryPlugin updates runtimes of an edited and assigned calendar at JobScheduler start

Current Situation
If an assigned calendar is changed while a Job Scheduler using this calendar is down the runtimes based on the changed calendar are not updated.

Desired Behavior

• The InventoryPlugin has to update the runtimes based on the edited calendar when the Job Scheduler is started again.
• The InventoryPlugin has to recognize the above also on JobScheduler objects, which were renamed on the file system while the JobScheduler was down.
