InventoryPlugin: Jobs not reflected correctly in job chain nodes after first start of JobScheduler

Current Situation

If a Job is configured in a Job Chain the entries for columns JOB_NAME and JOB_ID are not stored. Only default values are available.
This happens only at first start of the JobScheduler.
On any subsequent start of the JobScheduler all fields are stored correctly.

Desired Behavior
If a Job is configured in a Job Chain the entries for columns JOB_NAME and JOB_ID always have to be stored correctly.
