Duplicate class ConfigurationBaseMonitor in different jar files with different implementation

Current Situation

the class sos.scheduler.managed.configuration.ConfigurationBaseMonitor is located in the jar file com.sos-berlin.jitl.jitl-jobs-<version> and in com.sos-berlin.jobscheduler.sos-scheduler<version

The reason is a wrong merge from 1.10.3 to 1.10.4

As a result of this, a wrong implementation is used. Especially some changes concerning the use with an agent are affected.

Desired behaviour

the class sos.scheduler.managed.configuration.ConfigurationBaseMonitor should only be located in the jar file com.sos-berlin.jitl.jitl-jobs-<version> with the correct implementation.

Workaround

Remove the class from the jar com.sos-berlin.jobscheduler.sos-scheduler<version>
