The JITL Job sos.scheduler.managed.JobSchedulerManagedMailJob should support SMTP authorization with SSL/STARTTLS and encrypted passwords

Current Situation
It is not possible to connect to a smtp server that requires ssl/tls connection security.

Desired Behaviour
The JITL Job sos.scheduler.managed.JobSchedulerManagedMailJob should support sls/tls connection to a smtp server. The default ports for sls/tls should automatically be used.
