Remove non english languages for logging

Current Situation
At the moment, there are different languages available for localization. Those are also used for logging. This results in log files with mixed languages, because the JobScheduler logs english only, whereas the JITL-Jobs log in a localized way.

Desired Behavior
The logging output for other languages has to be removed. The complete log has to be readable in english. The localized output should be available for UIs only.
