Sync job should handle the sync_session_id correct

Current Situation
When having orders witth different sync_session_id in a sync node, the node releases all orders when the required number of ordes has reached.

Desired Behaviour
When having orders witth different sync_session_id in a sync node, the node should only release orders that have the same sync_session_id as the current order when the required number of ordes has reached.
