Job JobSchedulerSynchronizeJobChains should reset the order state text when proceeding the order.

Description
The job JobSchedulerSynchronizeJobChains shows information about the number of orders that are currently in the sync state node and the number of orders the sync is waiting for in other job chains. When all required orders are detected the orders proceed with the next step. The orders state text still contains the info message.
Desired behaviour
When order proceeds with the next state after the sync state, the state text should be set to empty.
