Jobscheduler 1.7.4321 YADE JITL Job is very slow

    Description

      The JADE JITL job takes 8-9 minutes to upload or download 4 4KB files over WebDAV protocol.

      Please see the attached logs and example job to reproduce the problem
      In JS 1.7.4189 same job take 20 seconds but in JS 1.7.4321 it takes 8-9 minutes

      JADE CLI client also take more or less 20 seconds for the operation.

      Problem only appear with WebDAV protocol
      other JITL jobs i.e. COPY File or SSH are working fine
